Privacy policy

How Success GO collects, uses and protects information about parents and children.

1. Who we are

Success GO is a learning platform operated by Success Tutoring. This section will set out the legal entity responsible for your information and how to contact us about privacy.

2. Information we collect

We aim to collect only what is needed to teach your child and run your account.

  • Parent: your name and email address, sign-in details, and your settings and consents.
  • Child: a nickname (not their full name), their year level, and the avatar they design.
  • Learning evidence: answers to questions, mastery check results, lessons mastered, learning points and achievements.
  • Billing: subscription status and invoices. Card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.

We do not collect a child's email address. Children sign in with a username and PIN managed by their parent.

3. How we use information

  • To deliver lessons, decide which lesson unlocks next, and award points and achievements.
  • To show parents their child's progress and topics that may need support.
  • To manage subscriptions, billing and customer support.
  • To keep the platform secure and improve our lessons.

4. No advertising

Success GO shows no advertising, and children's information is never used for advertising or sold.

5. Children's privacy and safety

  • No chat or messaging between children.
  • No public profiles or public leaderboards; achievements stay within the family.
  • Children cannot make purchases. Only parents can, from the parent area.
  • A child's session cannot access billing or other children's information.

6. Who we share information with

  • Stripe processes subscription payments.
  • Success World, our practice platform, receives what it needs to provide the Homework access included with your subscription (such as your child's display name, year level and entitlement) and reports practice results back.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers that run the service on our behalf.

The final policy will list providers, what they receive, and where information is stored.

7. Your controls

  • View and update your account and your child's profile from the parent dashboard.
  • Delete a child's profile and learning history from your parent settings.
  • Cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Contact us to request access to, or correction of, your information.

8. Security and retention

This section will describe how information is protected (for example, signed sessions and hashed passwords and PINs) and how long each type of information is kept after an account is closed.

9. Contact and complaints

This section will explain how to contact us about privacy and how to make a complaint, including to the relevant regulator. Questions in the meantime? See our parent FAQs.
