Terms of use

These terms will govern use of Success GO, the self-paced learning platform operated by Success Tutoring. They will name the contracting entity and explain how the terms may change.

• Accounts are created and managed by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over.
• Parents create child profiles and are responsible for their child's sign-in details (username and PIN).
• Children use the academy only through a profile created by their parent.

• Success GO is billed per child, per month. The proposed launch price is $49.99 AUD per child per month, GST inclusive, pending approval.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.
• We will never add a paid seat for another child without your explicit confirmation of the extra charge.
• The subscription includes Success World Homework access. It does not include live tutoring or centre access.

You can cancel at any time from the parent dashboard. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

This section will set out refund terms and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

• Lessons are released progressively. Not every lesson in the planned Year 3 sequence is available yet.
• Curriculum mapping is being verified; Success GO is a learning support and does not replace your child's school.
• Success GO is currently a prototype. Features, names and characters may change.

This section will describe acceptable use of the platform, including keeping sign-in details private and not attempting to access other accounts.

Success GO, The Adventure Academy, its characters, lessons and artwork belong to Success Tutoring. This section will describe the personal, non-commercial licence granted to families.
